Turnaround

Standard turnaround is generally 5–10 business days after sample receipt and confirmation of project requirements.

Rush service may be available for eligible testing depending on the method, sample type, capacity, and requested timing, and must be approved in advance.

Turnaround begins when the sample, requested work, and required information are complete and suitable for testing.

Reports and results

Routine testing results are generally issued electronically in a Certificate of Analysis. Deliverables for studies, investigations, or custom projects are defined before work begins.

Contact BioChroma with questions about reported results, methods, or project follow-up.
